Sara Adams Restaurateur
Sara is the Owner of The Terrace on Holland Street. A Leith’s diploma course fuelled Sara’s love for food as did many years of work at Divertimenti Café and Cookery School. Sara opened her first restaurant, Kensington Square Kitchen in October 2007. Having cooked at and run Kensington
Square Kitchen for four years, Sara started to look for another site locally to create a more formal lunch and dinner offering. After a long search she found the perfect site and in March 2013 she opened The Terrace on Holland Street.
